- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations on healthcare items
- Support pharmacists in prescription preparation and medication dispensing
- Manage retail operations including stock inventory, pricing, and merchandising
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and retail practices preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Customer service experience in retail or healthcare beneficial
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
