Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and answering health-related inquiries.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Stock shelves and display areas with new arrivals, ensuring products are well-organized and attractively presented.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in performing regular stock counts to minimize shortages and losses.
  • Ensure the pharmacy and retail floor adhere to strict cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain an organized and welcoming environment for all shoppers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in retail or pharmacy operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Basic computer literacy, specifically familiarity with POS systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in transactions and inventory management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
