We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Retail Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant to join the HTM Pharmacy team in Ipoh, Perak. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and personal care products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, card payments, and change efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is organized and appealing.
- Keep the sales floor, service counters, and restrooms clean and tidy in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors when stock needs replenishment.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
