Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, offering expert product knowledge and advice on packaging solutions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Receive, unpack, and arrange incoming inventory on display shelves to ensure maximum visual appeal.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively report inventory shortages to the store supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront and checkout area at all times.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, price tagging, and stock-take exercises.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; school leavers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashiering is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English (multilingual capability is a plus).
- Basic mathematical and numerical skills for accurate cash handling and stock counting.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work harmoniously in a team.
