Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on products and promotions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging and replenishing stock on shelves and display areas.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock receiving, counting, and verifying shipments.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff at all times.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while upselling and cross-selling products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support the store manager in daily administrative tasks and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Candidates must be willing to work in Pontian Kechil, Johor.
