Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, answering their questions and providing product recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-merchandised, shelves are stocked, and the display area is clean and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team for timely restocking of products.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and maintaining store cleanliness standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holder with a strong interest in the retail and consumer products sector.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
