We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our store in Raja Uda, Butterworth. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month, along with opportunities for career advancement in the retail industry.
As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing outstanding service to customers, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive shopping environment. Your role is crucial in building lasting customer relationships and driving the success of our retail operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy and attractive
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in inventory management including stock counting and receiving deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Support store promotions and special events
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
