Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and build brand loyalty.
- Actively promote products and share expert knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular stock takes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to brand-specific sales techniques.
