Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide professional advice and recommendations on OTC medications, health supplements, and personal care products.
- Manage the day-to-day retail operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cashiering, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and labeling new stock, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating to the Pharmacy Manager when necessary.
- Promote in-store promotions and loyalty programs to maximize sales and customer retention.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements regarding the sale of pharmaceutical products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store management team to support the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact confidently with customers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Honest, trustworthy, and meticulous in handling cash and inventory.
- Willing to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player spirit.
