Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff through product inquiries and assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate daily records
- Manage inventory control including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Merchandise products through creative displays, seasonal arrangements, and promotional setups
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process stock orders and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Assist with inventory audits and loss prevention measures
- Support shop promotions and special event coordination
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic mathematical aptitude
- Attention to detail in inventory management and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and school holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
