Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure all store safety and security policies are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Energetic, punctual, and highly reliable with a positive attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to stock management.
