Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure products are attractively presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts.
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments, ensuring items are correctly labeled.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor issues effectively.
- Promote current store promotions and assist in driving sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong command of Malay and English; ability to speak additional dialects is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and retail operations.
- Highly organized, punctual, and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like stocking shelves.
