As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with a diverse flow of local and international customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting shoppers, understanding their preferences, and providing expert product guidance. You will become proficient with our point-of-sale system, ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards, and manage stock replenishment. For Senior Staff roles, you will step up as a leader, assisting in store operations, coaching junior team members, and driving the team to exceed sales targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store organization.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock while meticulously monitoring inventory levels.
- (Senior Role) Supervise, train, and mentor junior retail associates to enhance team performance.
- Assist in conducting regular stock takes and managing inventory discrepancy reports.
- Stay proactively updated on product knowledge, current promotions, and brand updates to maximize upselling opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages is a strong advantage for our international clientele.
- Senior positions require at least 1-2 years of relevant retail experience. Assistant roles are open to dedicated fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Highly customer-service oriented with a positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to work and reside in the Genting Highlands area.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent attention to detail.
