Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to drive growth
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual presentation and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships

Kualifikasi
- Previous retail management or assistant management experience preferred
