Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain pharmacy inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing regular stock checks.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
  • Provide basic product information and advice on over-the-counter health and personal care items.
  • Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and merchandised according to company standards.
  • Support the pharmacy team in daily operational tasks and administrative duties as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or pharmacy settings is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently in English, Malay, and/or local dialects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy retail environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for POS operation and inventory management.
