We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and passionate about retail. Please note that punctuality is strictly enforced for this role. Freelancers who are late for more than 15 minutes might be rejected for the day's job. We ensure you clock in and out using BOTH Freshmart systems to guarantee accurate payroll tracking. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and organize products to maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure the store adheres to hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Assist in promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Must be punctual; late arrivals of over 15 minutes may result in rejection for the shift.
- Familiarity with handheld devices or POS systems for clocking in and out.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital tools.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
