Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and inquiries
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized store displays and shopping environment
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance product presentation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in stock receiving and inventory audits
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
