We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Taman Teratai area of Skudai, Johor. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, playing a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store sales. As a Retail Assistant, you will interact with a diverse range of customers, helping them find the right products and providing expert advice. You will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling. If you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we want you on our team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including organizing shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
