In this full-time position, you will be the friendly face of our brand, interacting with a diverse range of customers to understand their pet's unique needs. Your role will involve providing expert advice on pet nutrition, grooming, and accessories, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Beyond customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. We value teamwork and efficiency, so you will also assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and processing sales transactions accurately. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help pet parents, we would love to have you on our team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide expert product recommendations and advice on pet nutrition and care.
- Ensure store shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Participate in store promotional activities and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for animals and pet care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle stock bags.
