Pet Lovers Centre, a leading retailer of pet products in Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant to join our team at The Mines in Balakong. In this role, you will deliver exceptional shopping experiences to pet owners, help maintain a vibrant store environment, and support daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product questions and recommending suitable pet supplies.
- Maintain store presentation by arranging displays, cleaning shelves, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately, handling cash, cards, and returns with professionalism.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability throughout the day.
- Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and reporting low stock.
- Assist in training new team members and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer‑service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- A genuine love for pets and interest in pet‑related products is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is advantageous.
