As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our client's brand. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences, managing store operations, and achieving sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and stock organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory replenishment and participate in stock counts.
- Proactively promote products to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team.
- Must be able to start work within short notice.
