Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end Chinese Fine Art and copper products.
- Exhibit in-depth product knowledge regarding the history and craftsmanship of ZenBron collections.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize uncapped commission earnings.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Handle cash transactions and process sales accurately using POS systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fine arts.
- Strong passion for Chinese culture, art, or fine jewelry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
