- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and purchase decisions to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product features to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and contactless payments with integrity.
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines to maximize sales and create an inviting store environment.
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues effectively.
- Uphold the brand image by maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and security standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred. Fresh graduates with a passion for retail are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays (required for Changi Airport location).
- Passionate about retail and delivering an exceptional customer journey.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems).
- Bilingual in English and a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or other regional dialects) to serve our diverse customer base.
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods and capable of lifting/carrying stock when required.
