- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments securely
- Manage store inventory, including restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing displays
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Basic mathematical proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining store appearance and inventory
