- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets through effective selling techniques and upselling.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and adheres to visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve collective goals and support store operations.
- Restock inventory and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GCE O/ N Levels.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
