Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable home products.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the retail floor, ensuring products are displayed according to brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Support promotional activities and store events to drive sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a relevant Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Strong command of English to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Willingness to learn about premium bedding and home textile products.
