Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Manage store inventory including stock rotation, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards to enhance customer experience
- Actively identify sales opportunities and cross-sell complementary products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle store merchandise
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems
