Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases
- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in stocktakes
- Actively promote products, special offers, and loyalty programs to drive sales
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education in retail or business is a plus
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic numeracy skills and ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
