Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect apparel, providing professional styling advice.
- Maintain floor presentation standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage stock replenishment, including receiving shipments and organizing the stockroom.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Stay updated on current promotions, seasonal collections, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- A friendly, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
