Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience for all travelers.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury fragrances, skincare, and cosmetic collections.
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining store standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Malay (proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage).
- Strong passion for beauty trends, luxury fragrances, and personal grooming.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by airport operations.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume retail environment.
- Professional grooming standards that align with luxury brand representation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships.
