Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area at all times.
- Assist with store merchandising, including folding clothes, replenishing stock, and setting up displays.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor fitting rooms and assist customers with sizing or product availability.
- Uphold store security policies and prevent loss through vigilant floor presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive, outgoing, and proactive attitude toward teamwork.
- Strong integrity and reliability in handling cash transactions.
- A keen interest in fashion trends and retail operations.
