Padini, one of Malaysia’s leading fashion retailers, is looking for a vibrant and motivated Retail Associate Cashier to join our team at Brands Outlet, Dataran Pahlawan. As the face of our store, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly, proactive service to assist customers in finding products and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store, including folding, hanging, and organizing merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment tasks to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Participate in store promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are correctly displayed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area for an optimal customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM certification or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
