In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. From providing trend advice to ensuring seamless point-of-sale transactions, you will play a vital role in the store's daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to enhance their shopping journey.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counting, and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and current Padini promotions to better advise customers.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Proficient in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Energetic, fast-learner, and capable of working in a high-traffic environment.
- Must be committed to providing excellent service and representing the Padini brand with professionalism.
