In this position, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting shoppers, providing product information, and ensuring that the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. You will support daily operational tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system, and assisting with inventory checks. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Support inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain overall store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first attitude.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens, PR, or valid work pass).
