We are seeking a dedicated Retail Associate cum Storekeeper to assist in our day-to-day operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store-in-Charge in the daily management and supervision of store operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Perform receiving duties, including checking stock deliveries, verifying quantities, and logging items into the inventory system.
- Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Organize and maintain the back-of-house storage area, ensuring products are stored correctly and safely.
- Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and process sales transactions at the counter efficiently.
- Ensure the store and storage areas are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting stock discrepancies to the management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O'/'N' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or storekeeping is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and stock counts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
