- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant and professional shopping experience for all clients.
- Assist customers in selecting products and offering detailed product information about Laderach, TWG Tea, and Bacha Coffee.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory levels at all times.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Support the team during peak hours and special promotional events.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, brand promotions, and seasonal trends.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high visual standards.
