As a Retail Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador, creating memorable shopping experiences for passengers from all walks of life. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to international passengers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
- Actively promote product knowledge and offer recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- A strong passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months of employment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support airport operational hours.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Prior experience in retail or the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
