Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including folding, hanging, and organizing merchandise according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking, replenishment, and conducting regular stock takes.
- Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising displays and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Handle fitting room operations to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work well within a diverse team.
- Basic proficiency in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or the service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the LifeWear philosophy.
