Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations for Rituals, Laderach, and TWG Tea collections.
- Assist customers with purchases, ensuring accurate transactions, efficient checkout processes, and proper handling of returns.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Process stock arrivals, check inventory levels, and organize the stockroom efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Adhere to all company policies, brand guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- High attention to detail and a polished, professional appearance.
- Enthusiastic about luxury goods, beauty, or the hospitality industry.
