In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment they enter the store.
Your daily responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, managing store inventory levels, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting. You will also be responsible for handling point-of-sale transactions accurately and assembling keyboards and tech peripherals for customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in finding products and providing detailed product information.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Perform point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assemble and demonstrate keyboards and consumer electronics to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle stock.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for technology and gadgets.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
