Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of retail associates to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company merchandising standards.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective team leadership.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and prepare daily sales reports and reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail and consumer products sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in retail management is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail and safety compliance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when handling stock items.
