- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and inventory counts
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain brand presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets
- Adhere to company policies and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in store opening/closing routines and daily operational tasks
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic computer operations
