Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by actively engaging with visitors and understanding their unique beauty needs.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and customized skincare consultations to maximize sales.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and stock organization in line with L'Occitane brand guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Efficiently process point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Participate in regular brand training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and beauty techniques.
- Support promotional events and seasonal marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Passionate about skincare, beauty trends, and the L'Occitane brand ethos.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance that reflects a professional retail standard.
