Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales performance to identify key trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels and minimize overstock or stockouts.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports and dashboards to visualize operational KPIs for management review.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to benchmark pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies.
- Assist in the formulation of strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency across store locations.
- Develop forecasting models to predict demand and support seasonal inventory planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail promotional campaigns and suggest data-backed improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or retail operations management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis Toolpak) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into simple business language.
- Familiarity with retail POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software is a significant advantage.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
