Tanggung Jawab
- Process all payment transactions accurately through POS systems and store payment channels
- Execute upselling strategies to promote featured products and promotional offers
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and perform daily reconciliation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Operate various payment methods including cards, mobile wallets, and cash
- Support inventory management by reporting discrepancies and stock levels
- Ensure checkout area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Punctuality and reliability with flexible availability
