Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all transaction processes using POS and store payment systems
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other electronic payment methods
  • Perform upselling of promotional products to enhance sales
  • Provide excellent customer service during checkout process
  • Maintain accurate cash register and daily transaction records
  • Assist with inventory management and store maintenance as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to transactions

Kualifikasi

  • Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and electronic payment processing
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Honesty and integrity in handling cash and financial transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English preferred
