Join The Keranjang team as a Retail Cashier and become an essential part of our customer service experience. As a cashier, you will be the face of our store, responsible for managing all transaction processes across our POS and payment systems. Your role will include accurately processing customer payments, handling cash and electronic transactions, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for every customer.
In addition to transaction management, you will have the opportunity to enhance our sales through effective upselling of promotional products. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base in the vibrant Kuta area.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all transaction processes using POS and store payment systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and other electronic payment methods
- Perform upselling of promotional products to enhance sales
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout process
- Maintain accurate cash register and daily transaction records
- Assist with inventory management and store maintenance as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to transactions
Kualifikasi
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with POS systems and electronic payment processing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Honesty and integrity in handling cash and financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English preferred
