Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Receive and verify payments, ensuring correct change is given and cash is deposited securely.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and pricing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout counter and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy and procedures.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Ensure compliance with all company hygiene and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work during peak hours.
