Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions.
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to cash handling policies.
- Assist with inventory checks and stocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout counter and store aisles.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions or loyalty programs.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet during shifts.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a Singaporean citizen or hold a valid work pass.
