Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash, credit card payments, and digital wallets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout station at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform basic stock replenishment during downtimes.
- Resolve customer concerns or transaction issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to meet daily sales and operational targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of every shift.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college levels are encouraged to apply.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in a customer-facing role within the retail industry.
- Strong numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by mall operations.
- Strong sense of integrity and reliability.
- Familiarity with modern POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to shop maintenance.
