Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash payments, make accurate change, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions regarding products, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with bagging items, processing returns, and handling exchanges according to store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure products are available for sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to provide a pleasant shopping experience.
- Report any discrepancies or technical issues with the POS system to the management team immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems or similar retail software.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to perform mental arithmetic quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
